1. Using this store

Anandeleions is an online mechanical keyboard store operated by ANANDELEIONS INC. These terms apply to purchases and use of anandeleions.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced here. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Product details

Review the selected keyboard's layout, switch type, connection options, dimensions, included accessories, and device compatibility before ordering. Features vary by model; a feature shown on one product is not included with every keyboard. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Nothing in these terms excuses a product that is materially different from its description.

3. Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and the final order total appear at checkout before payment. Standard shipping to eligible destinations is free.

Provide an accurate email address, delivery address, and payment information. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or a material listing error affects your order, Anandeleions will contact you. No price increase or product substitution will be made without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, it will be canceled and any payment collected will be refunded in full.

4. Changes and cancellations

Email info@anandeleions.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request cancellation or an address change. Include your order number and the requested change. Requests are assessed using the time your email is received, including outside service hours. A request can only be completed if the order has not shipped; submitting a request does not confirm the change. Anandeleions will email the outcome. If the order has shipped, the Refund Policy applies.

5. Shipping and returns

Orders ship only to the destinations listed in the Shipping Policy. Standard processing takes 1-2 business days, followed by 3-6 business days in transit, for an estimated 4-8 business days overall.

Return requests are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery under the Refund Policy. Direct exchanges are not available. The Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Payment Policy explain the applicable procedures and form part of these terms.

6. Responsible use and customer rights

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or copy protected site content without permission. Use products according to their instructions.

Anandeleions is responsible for meeting its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and Mississippi law, without removing mandatory protections available to you in your state of residence. Contact Anandeleions first if a problem needs resolving; this does not limit your legal remedies.

7. Updates

The terms displayed when you place an order apply to that purchase. Later revisions apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order.
