Refund policy
1. 30-day returns
Anandeleions accepts return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery, including change-of-mind returns and returns for defective or incorrect products.
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be clean, complete, and in its original condition, with its original packaging and included accessories. Opening the package for reasonable inspection does not by itself make a return ineligible. Items damaged through misuse, liquid spills, or customer modifications are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not exclude a claim for an unrelated product defect or limit rights under applicable law.
2. Start a return
Email info@anandeleions.com within the 30-day period with your order number, the item to be returned, and the reason. For damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, include photos or a short video if available.
Anandeleions will provide return instructions and confirm the return-shipping arrangements. Please contact support before sending the parcel so the return can be identified. A request received within 30 days remains timely while you wait for instructions. Pack the keyboard securely and retain your shipping receipt and tracking details.

3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact Anandeleions within 3 calendar days of delivery about visible shipping damage, faults discovered on arrival, or an incorrect item. Keep the packaging when possible to help with the review. For a defect discovered later, contact support promptly. The 3-day reporting request does not shorten the 30-day return window or remove rights for hidden defects or under applicable law.
4. Return shipping and fees
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping cost. That postage is not refunded.
For a confirmed quality issue, shipping damage, or an incorrect item, Anandeleions pays the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label or another no-cost return arrangement.
No restocking fee is charged. Standard outbound shipping is free, so no outbound shipping charge is deducted from an approved refund.
5. Inspection and refunds
Anandeleions inspects the return and emails the outcome within 2 business days after receiving it. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. The total refund timeframe is therefore up to 7 business days from receipt of an eligible return.
Refunds cover the amount actually paid for the returned products and the associated tax. If a return is not approved, Anandeleions will explain the reason and discuss next steps before any further action or charge.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If your refund is not visible after the stated period, email info@anandeleions.com.
6. Exchanges and cancellations
Direct exchanges are not available. Return the original item under this policy and place a separate order for the item you want.
To cancel an order or change its delivery address, email info@anandeleions.com within 24 hours of placing it. The request can only be completed before shipment. Email receipt time determines whether the request was made within 24 hours. A confirmed cancellation receives a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. If the order has shipped, use the return process above.
